W.J16 4x took the silver at the JIR
Ava, Lulu, Martha and Evie put in a strong performance following their Easter training camp overcoming all but the Scotland crew to take the silver medal. With little between the best 2 crews after the time trial, Scotland held a 1 second lead after 500m and were able to extend that over the middle section. NCRA representing the East Midlands held off a determined finish from a Bristol crew representing WAGS & Wales to finish 2 seconds clear.
