5 Wins for County at Loughborough Head

Loughborough Head Report

Team NCRA came away from Loughborough Head yesterday with five wins from nine entries.
In dry and largely sunny conditions, the tail wind caused some additional steering issues, on what is a tricky course to steer anyway. Athletes also had to contend with bunching caused by the narrow river, which hampered several of our crews – all good learning for the future. The wind built during the day, so crews in the later divisions may have received some advantage.
Congratulations to all our athletes and coaches who had excellent races and performed well in their categories.
